This Privacy Policy applies to Elefunc, Inc. websites and services, including Elefunc websites, RTCode.io, RTEdge.net, RTCode.ai, Clip desktop utilities, related applications, support channels, and pages that link to this policy.

A product may provide additional privacy notes when its behavior differs from this policy. Those notes supplement this policy instead of replacing it.

Depending on which Elefunc products you use, we may process:

• Account and contact information, such as name, email address, organization, login identifiers, and support contact details.
• Billing and transaction information, such as plan, purchase, invoice, app-store, and payment status details. Payment card details are handled by payment processors or app stores.
• Product content, such as code, files, prompts, deployments, configuration, messages, and other material you create, upload, save, or ask us to process.
• Usage, device, and diagnostic data, such as IP address, browser or device details, requested URLs, log events, crash or error details, timing data, and approximate region.
• Support communications, such as messages, screenshots, recordings, diagnostic files, or logs you choose to send us.
• Cookies and local storage used for sign-in, preferences, security, analytics, and service operation.

We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information unless it is needed for a specific support, security, legal, or product workflow. Please do not send us sensitive information unless it is necessary.

If you use Elefunc AI features, the prompts, files, context, and outputs needed for that feature may be processed by Elefunc systems and by AI infrastructure providers acting on our behalf.

We do not sell personal information or use product data for third-party targeted advertising. We may share information with:

• Service providers that host, secure, analyze, deliver, support, or process our products.
• Payment processors, app stores, identity providers, and infrastructure providers involved in your use of our services.
• Law enforcement, regulators, courts, or others when we believe disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect rights, safety, or service integrity.
• Successors in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

Some Elefunc desktop utilities are designed to run locally and do not require an Elefunc account. Local tools may store preferences, saved state, and diagnostic logs on your device. Those local files remain on your device unless you choose to send them to Elefunc or a third party.

For example, WinCloak stores local settings, saved window identities, and startup or injection diagnostics under %LOCALAPPDATA%\Elefunc\Clip\. Those files may include app paths, window class names, window titles, process identifiers, timestamps, Windows error codes, and status details used for troubleshooting.

• You can choose not to provide optional information, though some features may then be unavailable.
• You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser settings.
• You can delete local desktop-app files from your device when you no longer need saved state or diagnostics.
• You can review logs before sending them to support and redact details you do not want to share.
• Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent.

We will respond to privacy requests as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including service operation, security, support, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and business records. Retention periods vary by data type and product.

Elefunc and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have data-protection laws different from where you live.

Elefunc products are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy when our products, practices, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of the page shows when this policy was last updated.
